A prospective, single-blinded, randomized study to compare percutaneous dilatational tracheostomy with conventional surgical tracheostomy in a neurosurgery intensive care unit.

Retrospective hospital-based studies on neurological and neurosurgical topics to study the demographics, risk factors, presentation, management, and clinical outcome in western Nepal for potential hospital quality improvement and research paper publication. 4. Retrospective review of prevalence and predictors of acute ischaemic CVA patients admitted to Manipal Teaching Hospital.
