October 1994-December 2020
Progressively developed with the company, joining the team in the role of a teller. I went on to advance to Head Teller position. I continued advancement to Branch Manager through proven job performance in 2014. I further developed into my current role as Operations Manager in 2017. Position responsibilities include:
• Directing all aspects of the operations of multiple branches to ensure effective and efficient operations, quality of member service, and compliance with existing regulations and policies for each location. Participate in strategic planning and management of credit union branches.
• Overseeing Human Resource functions within the credit union.
• Performing benefits administration including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re- evaluation of policies for cost effectiveness, and information activities programs.
• Developing, applying, implementing and evaluating policies, procedures, and training programs for branch operations.
• Developing and analyzing complete periodic branch operation reports.
