OBJECTIVE

SUMMARY For the past 23 years I have held several leadership positions in the Navy not only as an enlisted Culinary Specialist but as an active duty commissioned Supply Corps Officer. Experiences have honed leadership and management skills at overseeing and implementing inventory Management Systems, Dispersing Operations management as an agent of the U.S Treasury, Supply Chain Management, to include policy and procedure drafting. As a Logistics Officer I have personal experience as a Food Service Officer onboard three Nuclear Aircraft Carriers feeding 5,000 sailors and Marines, Stock Control management and financial planning, Sales Divisions, Aviation Inventory Management, to include creating budget OPTAR reports. My prior enlisted experiences and leadership roles as a Supply Officer has given me the experience in managing real-life personnel management and financial auditing practices, professional development of employees to the extent of earning a technical degree in Leadership. WORK HISTORY

I entered the U.S Navy April 20th in the year of 2000 as an enlisted Culinary Specialist and cook. I spent my first five years onboard the U.S.S Nimitz (CVN-68) providing nutritional meals for 5,000 sailors and Marines while managing a division of 120 cooks to include all financial records and four western pacific deployments. (2000-2005)

I transferred to Naval Hospital Lemoore California where I served as the acquisitioning and contracting manager for all food service operations for Navy Region Southwest operations. During my tour I provided logistic support and inventory management on all prime vendor operations and developed menus for Naval Medical facilities in the region for hospital staff to include patient inpatient nutritional needs. (2005-2008). I transferred to a Strike Fighter Squadron VFA-25 in Lemoore California and served as a Leading Petty Officer and Chief of all food service operations onboard the U.S.S TRUMAN, U.S.S RONALD REAGAN, and the U.S.S CARL VINSON, and served in four Western Pacific Deployments. (2008-2013).

I earned a commission as Supply Corps Officer at Officer Candidate School in Newport Rhode Island and attended Basic Qualification Course also in Newport Rhode Island before transferring to my first operational tour.

I transferred to the U.S.S Bunker Hill (CG-52) and served as the assistance Supply Officer. In my capacity onboard I served as the Disbursing Officer and Sales Officer in the capacity of an agent of the U.S Treasury and the management of 136 personnel to include the Sales division.

(2014-2016).

After completion of my first operational tour, I transferred to Naval Station Lemoore and served as the Aviation Supply Officer for 18 Strike Fighter Squadrons and two helicopter squadrons. In my capacity I managed an inventory of 82 million dollars with a 98 percent inventory accuracy rating. (2016-2018)

I transferred to the U.S. GERMANTOWN as the Supply Officer and Department Head. In my capacity I managed four divisions, Disbursing, Stock Control, Food Service, and Sales Divisions, while managing 245 personnel and an inventory of over 200 million dollars. (2018- 2020).

I currently serve as the Supply Officer at Naval Special Warfare Assessment Command providing training, and specialized equipment for Navy Seals and SWCC personnel while managing a 32-million-dollar equipment Defense Property Accountability Systems inventory. To include the procurements and acquisitioning of all Navy Seal training equipment for student flow at BUDS inception course.

B.S Organizational Leadership at Chapman University (2005-2010). SKILLS:

I have experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Disbursing Operations, Stock Control, Planning and financial auditing, Aviation Stock Control, Sales Operations, and all aspects of Food Service.

LANGUAGES:

Fluent in reading writing and speaking in the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, and served as an interpreter for the Department of Defense.
