Helped train all new Night Auditors. Wrote an up to date Checklist & Training Guide before leaving the company as well.

*Hotel was first a Holiday Inn & then a Clarion Hotel. The Clarion used the reservation system, Choice Advantage. Mostly worked 3rd shift while starting to go to college. Compiled all final room, food, & beverage revenue numbers to accomplish all the daily financial paper work for the hotel, restaurant, & bar. Sent the final numbers to corporate. Prepared the hotel for the next business day & closed out any open accounts that had balances. Made sure the entire bar & restaurant numbers corresponded to the hub computer at the front desk. Made sure all other departments had the necessary reports to complete their paper work for the next day.
