Detailed Professional Experience

1. 10/18/21- 04/08/22 - Worked as a QA test lead/analyst in Hy-Vee Technology Center for 6 months doing end to end Integration testing using Workday (cloud-based software package), to make sure all of Hy-vee’s old/legacy on-premises HCM (Human Capital Management) systems and applications, used for managing all HR related activities like HR Payroll, Time Cards, Benefits etc now work through Workday. Included within my job responsibilities was keeping detailed and very organized testing documentation, tracking defects, mentoring newer and less experienced test analysts and so on.

2. 04/01/13 – 06/24/21 - Worked as Systems QA Test Lead for multiple CORE Origination System related projects, as well as worked as a test analyst in the CORE QA Calcs team and Underwriting/Processing scrum team. 3. Previous Job Title: System QA Analyst (also with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage)

From Feb 2006 to March 2013 - I worked as a Systems QA analyst on various AOW and LIS related projects from beginning to end. This included attending test planning sessions, reviewing the BRD and SRS docs, participating in the test estimation process, creating scripts and scenarios for all the requirements, test execution, logging defects promptly into ClearQuest, Production validation, and so on. Some examples of key projects:

FHA Third Party Originator project - Was related to Joint Ventures and dealt with Broker In, Broker Out, Refer In, Refer Out, Wholesale Reverse loans etc. It required testing of both Forward and Reverse AOW systems, LIS systems, and docs in both AOW and LIS.

Project MIP - HERA MIP was a project related to risk-based mortgage insurance premiums for FHA loans and to determine/ verify the Up-Front Mortgage Insurance Premium (UFMIP) and Annual Mortgage Insurance Premium (Annual MIP) amount. Worked as both test lead and tester.

SAFE or Secure and Fair Enforcement (SAFE) Mortgage Licensing Act - This project helped me gain a wide understanding of Business processes related to Joint Ventures, Broker In/Broker Out, Referral processes and also about Delegate functionalities
