Description:

Best Buy Mobile is the one-stop shop for mobile solutions from the BestBuy brand. The goal of this project was to minimize effort by sales reps by computerizing the interaction of multiple carriers with Best Buy for credit checks, account activation, plan detail and other transactions that had to be done manually in the existing system. The proposed system aims to achieve this by interaction with web services exposed by carriers such as Verizon, Sprint using a configurable service broker framework. The store front ends will access this framework, and the framework will make the web-service calls to the carriers. I am involved in the development, implementation, and deployment and testing of this framework.
