Serving as focal point for administrative coordination of activities, involving liaising with diverse external interlocutors and follow-up on required actions.
Assisting the protocol section in establishing and maintaining constructive and cooperative work relationships with the host country and local authorities in our case Jordan and Yemen Authorities.
Coordinating with the relevant local authorities and external interlocutors to facilitate the front Office’s operations; organizing briefings with interlocutors in the relevant Ministries or partners especially for processes related to Yemen/ Jordan visa, residency, vehicle purchases, license renewing.
Assisting the implementation of operations for the aviation, from reviewing flight manifests, authorized list and drafting Note Verbal of requests to obtain flight clearances;
Monitoring calendar, processes and schedules related to the Office’s outputs; where applicable, verify receipts and accuracy of requisite documents while maintaining alignment to planned budgets, request approvals, append signatures, etc. ensuring compliance to legal, financial, and other requirements if any.
Assisting in the organization of various meetings including high officials’ and institutional events, maintaining guest lists, venue bookings, and assists during the event and ensure well post event closure of expenses, etc.

Worked on various projects with various project Team Leaders mainly for Jordan and Iraq portfolios under the Economic Development Unit and the Social Development Unit. Budgets were in millions to develop and build capacity of staff for various Government entities and departments. Project execution was rated highly satisfactory.
I worked as an operational consultant to supervise the execution of the various projects. The job required planning, hiring, different communication requirement at different channels, coordination, monitor budgets & disbursements, then reporting to all relevant stakeholders whether counterparts or internal to line managers within WB departments. Assist in drafting concept notes, proposals and restructures as necessary.
