Hire in manpower as per the requirement of the projects in case of shortage of manpower for short and long periods.
Preparation of subcontract for the hired manpower. Appending new hiring manpower in system and create new card number and sent site for their records. Updating the Manpower requirement of all projects as per receives from site and preparation of Overall manpower reports.
Hiring manpower timesheet check and forward it to supplier for Invoices. Monthly Accommodations requirement report as per the project forecast plan Submission of gate pass request to HR Dept.
Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible Manpower mobilisation and demobilisation updation in system as per site report. Timesheet checking of manpower for payment as per timeeeper records.
