Given the opportunity to take a small financial services region and build it into a very larger region with spinoffs.

Over 15 years, we grew that region from a single division (doing $15 million a year in business) to one that had Six Divisional Directors and Four Field Trainers that did $135 Million a year.

During that same time, we spun-off Two New Regions that were writing $35 million a year and we promoted Five of our Divisional Directors to new Regional Directors filling vacancies across the country.

During this time, we dealt with the repercussions of a company (with a similar name) going bankrupt, a government inquiry lasting for 18 months, lots of media coverage and confusion in the minds of many consumers.
