transportation of HAZMAT, delivery of and pick-up of heavy equipment from port, job sites and repair facility.

COMMERCIAL DRIVER:

1. TRUCKS 3 TONS AND GREATER;

a. Tractor-trailer Combinations: Operated vehicles in all weather conditions in Alaska and lower 48. I also maneuvered my vehicles into loading and unloading positions. I have driven interstate by myself and in tandem teams.

I maintained my vehicle logs, of working hours, vehicle service and mechanical safety. I insured all load documents were complete and accurate. I personally inspected my vehicle for mechanical safety and ensured that all safety equipment was accounted for, in good working and not expired or near expiration date.

EXPERIENCE OPERATING HEAVY EQUIPMENT;

1. Earth Moving Trucks;

a. Dump Trucks: Drove Loaded/unloaded Dump Trucks with dirt, boulders, gravel to dump sites to prep job sites for building and platform sites. Delivered dirt, sand and gravel for road support. Maintained, repaired and performed safety checks on trucks.

b. Side Dump: Top soil removal, deliver and cast gravel for pad support, and road support.

c. Belly Dump: Road installation and repair.

d. Rollers: Compressed material for oil rig platforms and road support

e. Loaders: Used Loader in oil pad and access road support. Used to remove snow to maintain road access and facility support using stinger, fork, extended fork, and 4 yard bucket.

f. Dozers: Ruff in oil pad location and road support. g. Backhoes: Trenching.

h. Excavators: Trenching, road removal and demo.

i. Motor Graders: Dirt Road maintenance/repair and snow removal.

2. TANK TRUCKS/HAZMAT;

a. Vacuum Truck:

Drilling and production support; hauled support water and removed drilling cuttings/mud, hauled production water form well site to injection well, used for oil spill clean-up and dewatering.

Road Maintenance; Haul and spread Calcium Chloride for surface prep and maintenance of dirt roads.

b. Fuel Trucks: Delivered fuel to field equipment, trucks, graders, generators. Delivered fuel to and from on site and off site holding sites.

c. Water Truck: Hauled potable water, Sprayed to Glazed Ice Roads, and Dust control.

d. Super Sucker: Trenching to expose underground utilities, removed heavy solids from drilling and delivered to pits
