Trained Manufacturing and Wholesale Company’s personnel and Corporate Owners in Bolivia on the basics of ‘Retailing’ contra Wholesale operation, worked on design for first 76k sq ft, Lowe’s/Home Depot type building, and, directed personnel on equipment and merchandise needed, concept of merchandising, inventory management, and, consumer sales techniques.

As Sr. Vice President operations and policy development for Group’s seven retail and wholesale companies, planning and/or development of multiple retail outlets, the completion of owner’s 330,000 sq ft Micronesia Mall (2-years behind schedule, was completed in 10 months), and over-saw design and layout of a 2-story 80k sq ft Sears type store and a 40k sq ft Safeway Grocery store, and, recruited and trained Mall-owned store’s employees.
