Develop Language Access 201 training course: Required course for ICE frontline staff and internal stakeholders. Perform quick writing, research and analysis of Executive Orders, policies, memorandums to identify problems and propose solutions for enhancing Section 504 and Title VI protection in language and Disability Access.

To eliminate diversity and inclusion barriers, I independently produced a proposal with recommendations from identifying triggers, investigated barriers, assessed the results, and devised an action plan. From this plan I made recommendations for recruitment strategies and retention of a diverse student population. This plan was also used to develop a campus wide affirmative action plan.

Staff Attorney – MN. Workers Compensation Court of Appeals: Identified and analyzed lower court workers compensation cases to develop recommendations for disposition. Draft legal memoranda, summarizing facts, analysis of legal issues and made recommendations of disposition. Applied appropriate law- reviewed and draft orders on motions and stipulation.

Program Manager / EEO Counselor – Serenity, Inc.: Provided technical assistance to management to assist in drafting Serinity’s policies, directives, and training materials to ensure compliance with Title VI and Section 504. Provided agency Diversity training and wrote agency specific EEO training materials. Leveraged external partnerships with Court Services and offender Supervision Agency, and other business and education stakeholders. Performed a trend analysis of staff to provide technical assistance in developing an Equal Opportunity and Inclusion staff.
