My career has revolved around the insurance industry for 18 years. Duties:

Represent and negotiate rates and plan options with insurers on behalf of clients to secure optimal, cost competitive health and welfare benefit plans.

Coordinate wellness initiatives which include systems reviews, wellness calendar planning and wellness fairs.

Directed human resource representatives in adherence of their annual timeline of compliance notices, IRS filings (5500, PCORI Fees), changes and updates in laws on FMLA, Health Care Reform and payroll compliance.
