Current Duties

Route building and Schedule building all new/current & existing services for the client when launching route(s) for the Genentech account

Route re-building in SF due to SFMTA route regulations

Synchronization of all bus commute time schedules with all BART, Caltrain and Ferry boat schedule connections

Supervise the daily activities of all drivers and oversee the development and implementation of standard operating procedures as directed by the Client

Ensure that all bus commute routes are making every effort on operating and adequately providing a high level platinum level bus service for the client

Establish and make “real time” logistical coverage/staffing/driver decisions and effectively communicate then to the rest of staff/team (Dispatch, drivers, road supervisors, maintenance shop, client etc)

Analyze, interpret ridership numbers on a daily basis and suggest and implement route enhancements/changes to over-subscribed route(s) and/or route re-designs as needed to address oversubscribed/capacity issues
