Job Scope:
3D modeling in Electrical, Telecom and Instrumentation of main and field equipment, skid equipment,cable trays and supports (Oglaend and Hilti).Electrical Heat trace sub-DB and wall-mounted enclosures JB.Models are designed from Ex and Non-Ex in hazardous and non-hazardous area conditions.
2D in Room arrangement, Main and Field equipment location, Primary and Secondary cable tray routing and Hot/Cold work support drawing arrangement.Identify Heat trace mounted pipe location for arrangement from Piping system.
Mock-up typical and special installation support testing.
Supports fabrication and detailing, Nesting, providing MCT penetration.
Electrical Heat tracing system.Prepare heat trace draft and arrangement.
Retrofit and work-packages for project deliverables upon client request to upgrade via higher operational standards.
Lighting calculation,cable entry size penetration and voltage drop computation.
As built, repairs/modification for DCN, Red-line marked-up.
Track MEL, BOM/MTO and weight control.
Review data sheets, equipment packages such as VCD from client requirements.
Prepare Cable schedule, Cable block diagram and Termination drawings.
On-board inspection based on Engineering drawings and production request.
Review remote as-built P&ID layout to tagging and re-tagging of Instrumentation as per requested to work in Saipem client
3D modeling review at 30,60 to 90 percent design proposal with client, clashed checking to attain the requirement from standardization and specification. Hence,issuing to construction after final client approval.
A1M spec instrument tubing from valve to instrument routing with tray and supports.
