Program Director U.S. Air Force KC-10 Sept 18 – Current
Contractor logistical support contract worth 1.5 billion dollars to 59 KC-10 tanker aircraft at 2 USAF bases and 3 overseas forward support locations. Each Contactor Operated Maintained Base Supply (COMBS) site provides aircraft part (with an inventory of over 700 million), Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Fleet Service Representative (FSR) support. The program office, located in Greensboro, NC, also oversees the heavy maintenance depot which carries out scheduled and drop-in maintenance for the KC-10. The program provides limited technical and parts support to the Dutch KDC-10 fleet. Hand selected to bring the company’s number one revenue generating program to the next level. Instituted numerous process improvements throughout the program office and depot to reduce cost and ensure the KC-10 fleet availability is at its highest.

Senior Manager U.S. Air Force T-1 Dec17 – Sept 18
Contractor logistical support contract worth 800 million dollars to 179 T-1 trainer aircraft at 5 USAF training bases. Each Contactor Operated Maintained Base Supply (COMBS) site provides aircraft part, Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Fleet Service Representative (FSR) support. Additionally, the T-1 program provided depot level maintenance to 39 aircraft damaged by hail and blue water. Instituted an aggressive Parts Manufacturing Authority (PMA) program for a 14 million dollar savings for the company. Additionally, recommended and executed a 2.5 million dollar fuel cell replacement program, which resulted in increased aircraft availability to the USAF and reduced repair cost to the company.

Senior Manager U.S. Army C-12, RC-12 and UC-35 June17 – Dec 17
Contractor logistical support to 200+ Army C-12 and UC-35s at 80 sites throughout the US and overseas. Lead the transition of ISR and Transport fleets with 100 million of inventory and 400 personnel. Maintained constant support to the customer through a seam less transition and recovered over 10 million in revenue as program closed down.

General Manager S-92 February 16 – June 17
Contractor support to an Executive flight squadron, responsible for the pilot training and maintenance of 6 Sikorsky S-92’s, in support of His Highness, the Amir of Kuwait. Working within multiple lanes in the Kuwaiti Government to include; the Ministries of Defense, Finance and Office of Foreign Procurement. A Direct Commercial Sale contract that requires close coordination with KAF, KMOD and Kuwait sponsor company. Success as Program Manager hinged largely on delivering a quality product and training but also managing both internal and external stakeholder expectations with an emphasis on the voice of the customer. Extensive experience with Executive flight programs as a former Presidential Marine One pilot and White House Liaison Officer.
US Marine Forces South, Doral, FL, USA
Director of Operations 2013–2015
Drove strategic visioning and planning to properly employ and support of staff in completing all their assigned tasks. Identified, developed, and directed implementation of opportunities to strength partner nation relationships. Managed budgets averaging $8M each for programs requiring intense coordination for worldwide logistics and medical support, diplomatic entry requests, aviation asset utilization, and personal and physical security. Represented the executive leader with internal and external stakeholders, including state and federal agencies, as well as international government officials. Synchronized the efforts of staff to guide development and growth of enterprise-wide operational capabilities. Regularly assessed current state against desired end state to optimize organizational structure and program priorities to meet demands of increased organizational responsibilities throughout region. Provided vision and direction for major annual, cyclical, or concurrent projects.
Initiatives included:
•Air-Ground Task Force: Led 12-month planning cycle to deliver theater security cooperation engagement, including deployment of 4 MV-22B Ospreys and 250 Marines embarked on USS America (LHA-6).
•Humanitarian/Disaster Relief Planning: Directed efforts of 75-member team to define scope, coordinate resourcing, and oversee execution of complex, 11-day training event to enhance combined interoperability to execute multi-faceted peace support, humanitarian assistance, and disaster relief missions with 8 partner nations; negotiated multiple, joint operations, including training with CH-46E Sea Knight helicopters.
•International Development Activities: Fused strategic utilization with operational requirements for multi-national training event; spearheaded collaborative planning and execution with project managers from 17 countries.
United States Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT), Tampa, FL, USA

Focused endeavors of 21-member staff across 4 functional areas to define, develop, and justify resourcing requirements impacting 3,000 personnel operating across 21 countries. Cultivated productive relationships with partner nations, major military commands, and Department of Defense and other agency staff. Authored and presented comprehensive analysis to guide executive-level decision making.
Marine Aircraft Group-40, Camp Leatherneck Afghanistan
Deputy Commander 2009–2010
Hand-selected for position. Implemented Commander’s long-range vision by providing oversight for maintenance, operations, logistics, administration, and training functions in composite aviation unit with 3000 personnel 85 aviation assets. Directed daily efforts of 150 staff and led planning for deployment in Afghanistan.
Initiatives included:
•Multi-site combat operations with 10 squadrons at 3 sites with multiple T/M/S to include KC-130J, AV-8B MV-22, CH-53 D/E, AH-1W and UH-1N/Y.
•Established an intermediate maintenance capability in expeditionary environment (Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 40, MALS-40), which brought an immediate increase in readiness and reliability across all Type/ Model /Series aircraft
Marine Aircraft Group- 26, Heavy Marine Helicopter Squadron 461 (HMH-461)
Commanding Officer 2007–2009
Commanding Officer for 400 Marine, 16 aircraft CH-53E squadron. HMH-461 had the highest aircraft readiness rates with 2D Marine Air Wing. Supported multiple Djibouti and Marine Expeditionary Units detachments with 4 aircraft and 80 personnel. HMH-461 was selected to stand up HMH-366, a new squadron, to include providing all maintenance material, publications and 8 CH-53Es, while concurrently supporting global commitments.
