Grew current real estate company sales production from 0 to 4 million in sales.

Team Leader of Keller Williams Realty Success. Currently lead an office of 200+ agents, including a leadership staff of up to 4 employees. This includes running the office, leading/coaching/training of agents, hiring/firing/training of leadership staff. My responsibilities are to drive growth of the office, both in agent count and agent productivity, and to drive the profitability of the company itself.

Through strong data analysis and strong leadership skills, I have brought the company from a near bankrupt status to all-time records in agent count, agent productivity, and office productivity and profitability. Currently we are at a 97% growth in office profit, 25% growth in agent count, 20% growth in agent productivity.
