I grew up in Brookeville, MD. Born October 19th, 1981. I have had a passion for animal and human behavior so have excelled in all aspects of communication in any position I apply myself. I grew up learning about behavior and testing with my father. He was the head of Behavior studies in the Army at the Pentagon for over 30 years. He is now the President of IBR in Baltimore, MD. I watched behavior experiments with rats, mice and primates. Quite the learning experience and opened the door for my love of behavior sciences and tests. This has also led me to work well with others and a better understanding of human behavior. I’m a self starter and take pride in my work. I learn new computer software and way of doing things very quickly as I’m attentive and strive to do my job to the best of my ability. I look to stay in positions long term as I like to grow with companies. I’m very creative and a great problem solver which enables me to work in less than ideal and often fast paced work areas. I’m not only dependable but I also plan ahead so there’s never a disturbance in a schedule for myself or colleagues. I’m honest and always make suggestions to better the position I’m in for the company I work for. I take constructive criticism well and always strive to be better each day.
