Managed 7-8 Payroll Staff processing payroll for 5,000 or more employees in 13 states.

As a Payroll Supervisor, made sure that on a bi-weekly basis timely process payroll utilizing ADP Enterprise and lately UKG, (Ultipro Platform).

Oversaw the Full Payroll process that includes, Time and Attendance, Wage Garnishments and Child Support.

Kept track of hourly rates, compensation benefits, new hire info working with HR Compensation Analysts.

Review both Hourly, Exempt Employees and upper management hours for accuracy and timely submission prior to final Payroll transmission.

Addressed elevated concerns, issues and questions from employees regarding payroll.

On a bi-weekly basis create/prepare worksheets for Funding of Payroll and Tax Liabilities and create reports for Finance Department and upper Management with all supporting documents.
