Class taken Marketing / Distributing and Advertising: Graduated top of class with honors . I was an active member in Distribution Education Clubs of America (DECA), where I served as Treasurer for both years .

EMPLOYMENT:
November 2016 - Present - BURLINGTON CAPITAL PROPERTIES – Columbus (2022 – Present) I manage multiple properties right now. There are 615 units that are in my portfolio. The are 3-4 employees in the office and 10 1099 workers and vendors. A/P, A/R, payroll, budgets, train, leasing, and a variety of other tasks, set upon me.
BCP, Reynoldsburg (2018-2022) Property Manager / Mentor / Trainer, Managed a 180 unit LIHTC apartment community. All management aspects, with duties include payroll of 6/8 employees, AP and AR, weekly and monthly reports, surveys, and training. OneSite is being utilized with this property
