02/2020-current Roadside Diner LLC, I work directly with the food truck owner as his assistant, basic duties were cleaning and preparing trucks to be ready to serve, shopping and acquiring food inventory, as well as preparing food for service. I'm responsible for keeping trucks in clean and safe facilities for food inspections as well as licensing visits for city permits. Was responsible for menu production as well as marketing and setting up specific spaces to have truck serving customers each day. 01/2020-06/2022 Personal Care Aide Home Care Aide for Danny Draper. Personal Care for a Single Gentleman who was suffering from multiple terminal health issues. I assisted with dispensing medication multiple times per day. Provided transportation and assistance to patient for his Dr appointments, specialists, and also did minor housework as well as grocery shopping. I prepared meals, assisted with his personal hygiene, basically any task the patient needed assistance with. I remained with patients through end of life hospice care as well.
