Assisted Administrator in the school’s financial affairs. Duties included maintaining financial records, preparing requisitions for ordering of supplies, processing invoices, collect school monies, make bank deposits, monitored budgets for ensured payment of invoices. Processed positive pay for employees, verified SmartFind daily to ensure timely payment for all substitutes. I completed worker’s compensation reports. Prepared ticket boxes for games and concessions as needed. Prepared contracts for use of school facilities. I worked at front desk answering phone and greeting students, parents, and visitors as scheduled. Other duties as required.
