PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Challenged to supervise all types of instrument construction, loop checks and commissioning of plant and instructing construction activities at sites. Extensive troubleshooting experience for all fields instruments during loop check, start-up and commissioning activities.

Generation and maintenance of all types of records for Quality control checks including calibration, leak checks and other inspections.

Inspection of Turbine & It's auxiliaries as per P & I D's. Steam flushing of ejector and gland sealing system. Lube oil flushing Turbine Bearings system. Checking all interlocks before starting bearing gear and EOP. Commissioning of all kinds of various field instruments, valves, transmitters, vibrations probes (Axial, radial, keyphasor-Bentley y nevada), switches, rtd's. Checking of starting permissive and trip logic of turbine.

Responsible for contious, safe and efficient operation of Boiler and Turbines. Involved in all rotating equipment operations and maintenance activities. Checking of all Boiler & Turbines interlock. Involved in Boiler & turbines start up and shut down activities.

Instrument Calibrators handled during calibration HART Communicator 375,475 and 275,Smart Field Communicator by Honeywell,DPI-610 and 601 by DRUK,P-330 by Rosemount, Scandura B20, Loop calibrator by Rosemount and DRUK and Scandura, Fluke and Radix and Temp. Bath CTC140 and CTC1200 by AMETEK JOFRA with RS232 communication.

Globe valves, Butterfly valves, On/off valves, Solenoid valves, Pneumatic valve positioners and Smart Valve Positioners like Measoneilan SVI 2, SVI 2 AP, Fisher DVC 6000 and Flow serve Logix3200IQ, Siemens SIPART PS2 and valve guard by Nales.

DCS System of YOKOGAWA CS 3000, Honeywell TDC3000, & Foundation Field Bus System by EMERSON.

Overall experiences in Bentley Nevada s vibration sensing instruments series 3300 and 3500.Calibration and trouble shooting of Fire & Gas detectors like H2S, LEL, fuel gas, SO2 and quality measuring Instruments like PH & conductivity.
