Objective:

To obtain a quality control inspection position using my 26 years of experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry to assist in all the daily operations.

Qualifications:

Verisurf software beginning from revision Verisurf V7 Design (2001) thru Verisurf 2018 (present) PCMM'S with Verisurf Faro Arm and Romer Arm, Faro and Leica Laser Trackers

CMM operator software used is Verisurf CMM, PCDMIS and Virtual DMIS no programming

CMM programmer software used USOFT on Zeiss DCC

MBD-DPD reporting for customer requirements on all 1st Article data packages.

PCMM'S Calibration, Arm articulation, drift points and scale bar start and end.

Customer data packages; AS9102 Revision D. QA clauses, QA approved vendors, QA material and processing.

First Article, In-Process and Final inspection of manufactured parts

Mechanical Inspector all equipment sine plates compound, comparator, dial bores, intra-mics, Mueller gages etc.

Boeing commercial/satellite, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, ULA and mostly all aerospace companies.
