At Hancock’s Neighborhood Market, I was responsible for checking out customers, light cleaning, and stocking and straightening shelves.

I worked here for only a short amount of time because life became very stressful as I was in high school and preparing for my senior year tasks.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store/ Retail Associate

At Cracker Barrel, I was a cashier primarily. I checked out customers who were dining as well as those who were shopping in the store. I was a sales associate, so I also walked the floor and talked to customers to ensure that their shopping flowed smoothly and I answered any questions that they had. Continuously, I would stock and straighten shelves and do light cleaning throughout the store.

During this time, I was a senior in high school and I was severely struggling with my mental health. I couldn’t continue working there because my mental health was a priority.

Hydro-Gear/ Assembly Line Operator

September 2021- January 2022

At Hydro-Gear, I was an assembly line operator and we built lawn mower parts. I was assigned to my assembly line and I worked there and I also moved around to other lines as needed. These other placements sometimes were in the machining and wash area as well as other assembly lines.

I was struggling with my mental health because of a very toxic home situation, so I left this job and everything in my hometown to start something different. This is my most recent work experience to date.
