2005 to 2019: As Assistant Director of Development Procurement, successfully analyse, structure and negotiate complex procurement contracts, formulate and implement strategies for cost optimization while balancing risk. Procurement through Tenders and direct negotiation with local/international parties influencing decisions and negotiating outcomes. Procurement contracts successfully completed for prestigious projects like Royal Opera House, Majlis Oman (Parliament Building), Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque and various palaces in the Sultanate of Oman worth millions of dollars.

1992 – 2005: As Assistant Director of Financial Affairs, was in charge of the Recurring

(Maintenance Budget of the Royal Household). Successful training of local staff, leading and mentoring them to take over and run the department independently in line with localization of jobs for nation building.

1989 to 1992: As Financial Analyst and training with Arthur Young International (prior to its takeover by Ernst and Whinney: now functioning as Ernst and Young) could successfully train and complete professional training leading to acquiring professional certifications ACA, CIMA, ACCA subsequently.
