I converted the spraying division to PLASCON Epoxy Primer and Polyurethane Topcoat system, monthly spend excess of R1 million pm. - Victorious in converting Desmond’s Equipment Earth Moving Machinery - painting division to PLASCON. Monthly spend in excess of R600k per month

- Transnet Coaches and Wagons Division, I set up spray booths and converted the spraying systems to PLASCON paints (average a million a month sales). Here as well I held extensive training sessions and support for the staff at Transnet – after hours and weekends.

- I managed the team in the process of spraying the Transnet Business Class Trains with an automotive basecoat system (PRASA PROJECT) – many after hours and weekend support was offered to the team in order to get this project off smoothly and to ensure deadlines were managed.
