• Oversees and manage the Funding and Doc dept staff. Resolve issues with file closings and problems within the Closing department with all parties of the transaction.

• Manage the Funding reports to ensure all loan docs are checked in on time, assigned to funding team members and all Prior to funding conditions are issued within the turn time requirement of 24 hrs or less

• Communicate with Branch managers, Processing I Underwriting I Escrow and Title of outstanding PTF conditions I Follow up through all aspect of loan until close and purchase.

• Responsible for reviewing all closing files to cross train and ensure all PTF's conditions are issued correctly for each Loan program I Manage approved files in pipeline to meet monthly quota. Follow up on files that need to meet expiration dates, expired loan docs & locks to avoid redraws.

• Review signed legal Loan documents, credit & loan doc package, lock commitment and create warehouse package once all PTF conditions are met.

• Review Underwriting approval and terms with Loan file/ docs and clear any discrepancies with processors.
