I have extensive experience in commercial construction from small renovations to large ground up facilities including residential single and multi family, restaurants fast food thru high end, retail including many chain retailers such as Bed Bath and Beyond, Petco, Mens Warehouse to name a few, hospitality, hotels, recreational facilities, including a 60 mil Rec Plex just completed, Airport including hangers/terminals, schools, municipal buildings, hospitals, industrial including high value equipment change overs on a fast track schedule in operating facilities, and many other various projects. I have extensive experience in residential construction having been a framing and finish contractor for 20 years. I have built numerous custom homes from small single family to large high end customs, including multi family and condominiums. I have extensive experience is the construction of Pre Engineered Metal Buildings as well as all types of structural steel projects. I am proficient in estimating any and all projects using most current estimating software and providing strong leadership skills to oversee and mentor any team of estimators, project managers and or superintendents. I am very proficient in working remotely and communications thru online programs. Currently the admin for Procore in my current employment so very good at using this tool for managing projects and tracking progress, budgets, and all admin requirements for the job. Communicate well with owners, building officials and design professionals. Proficient in Microsoft office programs including MS Project. Very adept at problem solving which is a must have trait in today’s construction world. I have managed multiple projects along with multiple superintendents as a Director of Construction overseeing all aspects of the construction division in firms of various sizes ranging from a Project Manager staff of 10 with Field Superintendent staff of 18 to smaller sizes of staff.
