Senior Vice President, Asset Servicing (2020 – Present) Lead and manage loan servicing and lease administration department of 9 team members, accountable for providing status updates of delinquent receivables and for providing financial analysis to executive management. Liaison between executive management in New York City and satellite office in Atlanta. Highlighted Contributions:

• Identified best practices, processes, and responsibilities to create a lease administration department.

− Oversaw design of billing statements; standardized process for rent collections; and provided best practices for responding to tenant requests.
