I'm Field professional Drilling Fluids Engineer more than 15 years of experience in Deep gas wells
,offshore deep drilling,workover,Shallow oil wells "offshore & land rigs" with many clients work with
"ARAMCO,TOTAL,RWE, Enni, Agip,Repsol,Pico oil,Shell" with local clients in,Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lybia, Syria motivate my experience to a lot of problems during drilling i faced, systemized this to my skills as sharp Engineer with background technical solve problems in the field by my experience, information, where my responsibilities as follows ;
Prepare and maintain mud properties as per mud program at low cost and trouble free operation.
Perform daily laboratory tests when required to ensure Drilling fluid properties are according to prescribed program
Cooperate with company man in matters concerning the Drilling fluids and related mud problems.
Check the quantity of mud materials on board and ensure having enough materials for each operation with having enough materials with assistance of base Area Engineer.
Analyse the formation types into the well bore is drill.
Supervise and right procedures mixing mud materials to ensure proper amounts
Report to company man and coordinate with Area Eng. the daily situation of mud/ drilling fluids in respect to Quantities, operation, etc.
Perform volume and hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing
Measure the efficiency % mechanical solid control to make sure it works properly
Good knowledge of solid analysis (low gravity solid hi gravity solid and brine phase)
Ensure that an adequate inventory of pallets and bulk products are available at the rig site, based on the mud Program and anticipated conditions.
