Responsibilities included taking inbound
calls from customers regarding all
aspects of their credit cards. This
included bankruptcies, credit card
theft/fraud, overcharges by 3rd party
merchandisers, "divorce situations" and
much more. Took 180 calls per day
plus trained 1-2 new agents at the same

research (surveys only) phone room.
Responsible for running 8-13 jobs at
a time - all with variable demographic
requirements. Hiring, firing and step
discipline were also part of what I was
required to do (but again - low turnover
despite low wages). Speaking to clients
over the phone (and greeting in person),
making sure they had their evening
party trays and fun places to go while
in town.
