I go in and prep food and set up our salad bar for our food. I would set up our teas and get our tables cleaned before we open the doors. I sanitizer everything from top to bottom. Make sure everything was content and they were satisfied with everything. I would go cash them out at the registers and give them their change and repeat it with my next guests. When I would get to work I would count the safe and assign my employees to where they needed to be and have a task for them to do for when they were not dealing with customers. I would walk the store and fix items that were misplaced or messed up in the areas they belonged in.
