Neuro monitoring with drains. Cardiac monitoring with telemetry. Multiple Surgical intervention, pre and post op and bedside. Electrolite imbalance management with set criteria. Stroke management with TPA. Triage care post helicopter transfer. Hypothermia and hyperthermia management. 2 day post CABG.
