Supported, trained, and mentored, new Capture Managers, System Architects, and Proposal Managers in major competitive proposals and ECPs to deliver compliant, compelling on-time and ultimately winning proposal packages. ●Multi Crew Simulator (MCS) awarded by USN

Developed solution and managed partner CAE Professional Services in Ottawa for this competitive award of a new type of simulation training device used for generic instruction and evaluation of back end NFOs.

●C-130 Aircrew Training System (ATS) Awarded by USAF

Provided detailed compliance review and comments supporting corrections to the initial technical proposal. Award unseated Lockheed Martin as CAE was fully compliant on the first proposal submission.

●Army Fixed Wing Training center awarded by US Army

Received CAE challenge coin for contribution to solution, strategy, and as proposal reviewer as well as proposal corrections on this first complete new training center program awarded to CAE USA.

●KC-135 ATS Awarded by USAF

Contributed to CAE's first major Training Services (TS) contract during proposal evaluations with a major rewrite of the visual modification to achieve compliance. Supported the recent re-competition of the program creating five fully compliant supplier PWS's for the mods included with the initial award. Also provided extensive feedback and compliance correction input for the main technical proposal.

●C-130 Full Flight Simulator (FFS) for Algerian Air Force awarded by Lockheed Martin

Traveled with LM business development to the customer training center, continued the effort through extensive solution and proposal development cycles and ultimately a successful award and delivery. Led the CAE system design in conjunction with CAE Inc. engineering, and presented design reviews to the Lockheed prime and Algerian customer.

●C-5 ATS Modifications awarded by USAF

Developed solution details, supported technical proposal, and managed cost model for this competitive award defeating the C-5 Aircrew Training Service provider and establishing CAE as the direct source for upgrades to existing AMP and a new RERP configuration for the nine WSTs.

●P-8 Multi Mission Aircraft (MMA) FFSs and support products awarded by OEM Boeing

Managed proposal response in the role of Proposal Engineer in this competitive award of simulators for the new aircraft platform that has grown to upwards of 20 Full Flight devices, a large number of supporting avionics desk top trainers (AeDTT), and separate competition for the cockpit of Boeing's SIL.

●MH-60R/S OFTs awarded by USN

Functioned as proposal engineer for continued deliveries of 4 OFT/WTT in a competitive environment. Supported program growth with ECP's such as NASMP interoperability upgrade.

●MH-60R/S Avionics Maintenance Trainers (AMTs) awarded by USN

Unseated initial device incumbent and aircraft OEM Lockheed Martin in this strategic re-entry into the maintenance trainer market. This program lead to additional AMT's and other large scale MH-60 maintenance devices for international customers.
