A full body waxing franchise.

VP, Marketing Operations (2020 – present)

In response to rapid growth, hired into this newly created position to build and oversee digital, centralized marketing operations for 17 retail locations. Oversee all aspects of digital marketing content – website, email, blogs, SEO, paid search & social ads, organic content. Negotiate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and manage the implementation of marketing strategies that align with organization goals. Develop and control a $250k annual budget. Concurrently, serve as the Owner/Operator of Waxxpot Sandy Springs.

Built the company’s digital marketing function and instituted numerous innovative technology-driven initiatives to include targeted email campaigns, blogs, SEO, website development and digital ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram which contributed to the acquisition of new guests and retention of existing customers.

Redesigned the company’s website and added features to enhance the customer experience, improve SEO performance and significantly increased the quality score.

In response to the COVID pandemic, spearheaded the development and implementation of health and safety protocols that instilled confidence with staff and customers. Subsequently, revenue returned to pre-COVID levels at all locations within four to six weeks of store re-openings.

Created a dedicated corporate Instagram page that reflects the look, feel and voice of the Waxxpot Brand.

Influenced the owner to adopt and integrate HubSpot, a national leading CRM platform, that centralized the deployment of all marketing efforts, streamlined efficiency and enabled data-driven decision making.
