Director - Business Development March 2005 – July 2011

Primary B2B sales associate for Colorado Record Data (CRD) and CRS Title Services. I sold real estate information to banks, insurance channels and attorneys. Over the course of 6 years, doubled revenue for CRD and closed agreements resulting in a 310% increase of revenue for CRS. Other responsibilities include sales coaching for 10 owned insurance agencies in five states. Number one revenue producer for all of ETI’s 16 separate business entities. Average contract value = $210,000. CRD and CRS were sold to RedVision in July of 2008. Director of Business Development at RedVision Systems, Inc. responsible for all locally originated revenue for Colorado, Arizona, Utah and Nevada. My territory was responsible for 60% of national profit for 2010. I resigned to avoid constant air travel and pursue local sales and ownership opportunities with friends and other local business owners.

Internet start-up servicing the commercial real estate industry. AmeriQuotes was an online marketing platform for third party commercial real estate service providers such as title and escrow companies, real estate brokers, appraisers, land surveyors, environmental engineers and 1031 Exchange Intermediaries. Buyers, sellers, lenders and brokers enter transaction information on AQ; our platform then obtains quotes and custom profiles from subscribing service providers. The service functioned as a blind auction for those in need of transaction services in unfamiliar markets. The platform served in excess of $2.7 billion in transaction volume during its short life. The company was funded by a local group of venture capitalists.
