VICTOR JENDE My name is Victor Jende, and I'm 33 years of age and I have a family of 4, wife and three boys. I bring 11 years of working experience, I have a National diploma in Payroll administration devices. I have experience in both Payroll and Finance, I currently work as a Finance officer in accounts payable department. I'm handling 98 accounts which I'm responsible for reconciliating and making sure payments are on Time. Part of my tasks is to make sure 60 days is at minimum, GR/IR, Debit reports feedback, clearing blocks.
I have also worked as an assistant officer remuneration for 5 years but was demoted as a result of restructuring and section 189.
I worked with third party payments, where I was paying over deductions to third party's: medicals, pension, uif, tax, garnishment, maintenance deduction, home loans (weekly basis), deferred payments.
I then moved over to working with protection services payroll where I was working with overtime capturing, all payroll related processing of documents ( travelings, standby etc). Worked on Academy, operations, and central Payrolls within the same company (Sibanye Stillwater).
