Responsible for all equipment, policies and procedures, life safety, environment of care, physician credentialing, vendor relations, payroll management, clinical education, and general contracting.
Submitted the 855B forms for Medicare enrollment.

Responsible for all administrative and clinical operations, financial and human resource management.
As a Multi-Specialty facility, we had 4 Operating rooms and two endoscopy suites, and 8 bay PACU, 6 bed Pre-op, and 5 bed endo recovery area.
Ensured staffing to volume.
Successfully led the Center through two Joint Commission surveys. Completed mandatory periodic performance reports to the Joint Commission on off-survey years.
Consistently remained within or below budget and below expense budget for three and a half years.
Led Center through an initiative for Latex safe environment which was recognized in Same Day Surgery publication.

Supervised professional staff of 51 FTE’s in CCU and 64 FTE’s in CPCU. Included interviewing personnel, conducting performance evaluations and progressive counseling, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
Developed and administered department operating and capital budgets.
Offered clinical assistance with sterile procedures such as temporary pacemaker insertions at bedside, temporary dialysis catheter placements, IV insertion, sheath removal and groin management of post interventional patients, and additional cardiac procedures.
