Position Summary:

Follow up on delinquent accounts by contacting members via phone, email, or sending out various letters

As instructed, prepare paperwork and assignment of member accounts to attorneys for legal action

Prepare and file required paperwork for Bankruptcy notification including properly flagging collateralized member accounts and assigning to attorney

Monitor loan payments processing and recording procedures on assigned accounts

Provide information necessary for the preparation and reporting of various loan reports

Notarize forms for the Credit Union and members when needed
