Started the branch afresh.
I have accomplished in getting my staff trained and get certificates for forklift license, First Aid, Fighter and SHE Rep.
I take care of the Fleet management, House-keeping, HR documents, clocking and other warehouse management duties.
I have implemented ways of ensuring good accuracy in stock, stock takes and cycle counts.

I've implemented ways on how to locate stock that is lost or that has been forgotten to be taken off the system.
*I've implemented ways of doing empty locations so that locations on the system that indicates empty, that it's also empty physically. If the location is empty, we tick on the empty location sheet. If the location says empty but physically has stock, we investigate on why its still showing on the system to see if it was issued out by mistake or if it's in the wrong location.
I also implemented ways of whereby the production staff doesn't steal stock to better their yield and rand values of stock. What was implemented was that we put a gate to separate the production and the warehouse and put a bell by the gate so that we open and close for them and the only people who were allowed was the Team leaders and the forklift driver who cane to take the stock but before they take it, they must 1st sign for it then they take the stock and then lock the gate. So that we have good attention in knowing what's happening in the warehouse
In the Admin Controller Position
I was able and had the capabilities to run the shift alone without my manager. Meaning when my manager is absent or very occupied meetings. I was running a shift with approximately 25 people and showing them what to do as I also knew what needs to be done.
I've also implemented the system separating normal loads and customer loads. It made it easier to find paper work as different files where created for customer loads and normal loads. It made it better when we have audits and when the Directors and CEO wants certain documentation, it was easier to get the paper work as everything was in order and not in just 1 pile
