Co-op Refinery Complex: Human Resources, Disability & Attendance Support Specialist

March 2019-current

Provides subject matter expertise in disability and attendance management through education, coaching and support of the HR Advisory Services team, to managers, supervisors, employees, and third-party stakeholders in the implementation and maintenance of the Attendance Support, Accommodations, Disability Management and Return to Work programs.

Provides support, leadership, and direction to the administration of these programs and ensures both legislative compliance and optimization of outcomes.
