Dad was a school superintendent, principal, and the kind of guy that could do anything. There was nothing he would not tackle. By the time I was 18 dad & I had designed and built three of the homes we lived in. So, I learned the design and building trade from the ground up. This is where I gained the love and appreciation of helping change people’s lives for the better! I moved to Illinois to begin a successful career as an Illinois design-build general contractor specializing in architectural design and building room additions, remodeling, and light commercial projects. Since then, I have designed and built many projects. My strong suits as an Illinois contractor are the marketing, sales, design, costing build, and management process, whether I’m doing a small addition or a major remodel. Early on in my career I had the privilege of wearing #89 while playing football for the Chicago bears. This sport taught me a lot about winning, leadership, organization, structure, discipline and just plain how to get back up when your knocked down! Keep on keeping on!

I enjoy my job helping people with new projects designed and built just for them, and the outdoors, boating, bass fishing, football, basketball, working out to name a few. Went into business as Dealer Service Corp a wholesale company subcontracting carpentry, siding, roofing, and seamless guttering for Sears Roebuck (Sell Furnish Install program), and other companies like Airoom, Exterior planning Corp in the 1970’s

3. Became the 1st company to ever create a retail design build business for Sears known as Sears Room Addition’s and Designs, 1970’s. Sears legal decided they did not want the liability any longer, so it was no longer! 4. Continued Room Additions and Designs in the retail market helping clients finance, design and build residential and light commercial construction, 1980’s.

5. Room addition & designs sold then opened Remodel Partner, Inc. a residential design/build firm specializing in room additions and all types of remodeling, 1990’s till now! After many years of working in the construction field as a carpenter building project while owning and operating a residential- light commercial design - build remodeling business Remodel Partner, Inc. I can & will run the full-scale room addition side of the business, that we can continue growing together. Run right this business has a project average dollar value of 50k and up with good gross profit. Time spent on these projects is well worth the effort. We should be able to gross several million in yearly sales.
