I am applying for the position of Security Officer in Athenaeum as advertised online because the requirements closely match my academic standing and experience. I have additional experience in customer service in Home Depot and Allied Universal where I was trained on the main tenets of customer service which includes receiving the clients, vendors, guests, visitors etc with greetings and a broad smile, engaging them by solving their problems, or providing service efficiently then thanking them for visiting any establishment.

I have been properly groomed in the principal bodies of Political Science, hence I am prepared to serve in any entry-level position because I have gotten enough experience from my service at the Home Depot and now as a Concierge and Security Professional for Allied Universal.

Above all, I can perform the security job with little of no supervision because I am duty conscious, and possess the values of accountability, compassion, respect, excellence and stewardship which I will bring to bear in Athenaeum.
