Worked in Red FM 93.5 (Sun Network) as a producer for evening shows, and also worked as Radio Jockey. Hosted a popular program “SAVI SAVI NANAPU” at 10 pm to 11 pm.

Celebrated Kannada movie ‘Mussanje Mathu’ was based on my program ‘Savi Savi Nenapu’.

Worked in BIG 92.7 FM (Reliance) as Radio Jockey. Hosted a show called “CHURMURI” from 11am to 3pm and “LOVE MADI NODU” 9pm to 11 pm. In the same post and position worked at Mangalore Mysore and Bangalore for BIG 92.7 FM. 2

Roles &Responsibilities of a consultant:

Getting license for community radio station form Government authority.

Completion of Integration, installation, commissioning, testing, coverage survey of CRS.

Technical, Programing, Maintenance training for CRS staff

Monitoring and evaluating the quality of the station and meeting all requirements and regulations with regards to programming.

Motivating and managing sales staff to meet all sales quotas or budget requirements for income.

Handling all complaints, questions, or request for information about the station.

Hiring and training of new employees, interns and other personnel at the radio station.

Networking with other businesses, organizations and agencies to prompt the radio station and increase the market for advertising.

Developing budget plans, employee schedules and overseeing the daily operation of the station.

Working in Kannada theaters from the past fifteen years as writer and director
