CAREER OVERVIEW
My career has been involved in two major areas: Operations / Production and Customer Service Management. In my 8-year career as a Supervisor in the American Red Cross, my public service, supervisory and operations management skills were all highly developed. Laboratory Manager
Primary responsibility was spearheading a team of 8 to 10 employees in the research center for FDA 503b-agreeable exacerbating pharmacy/manufacturer of sterile infusion drugs. Oversaw complete stock control, including merchant sourcing, provider relations and obtainment. Executed Lean assembling forms through every one of the 5 organization research facilities. Production Supervisor 2008 – 2015 Oversaw all aspects of blood and aphaeresis collection operations including hiring, training, a well-qualified team of 15. Responsible for entire donation / distribution process: Coordinated donation efforts / blood collection, cold storage, and processing; labeling, separation into transfusable components; sending tubes for testing. Finally, after test results are received, usable results labeled, packaged and stored for distribution, while tainted bio-hazardous remains were disposed of.
