-Thawing out the Regents that was at 0.8 deg. and 20 deg.
-Manual numbering the device using numeric system, placing the devices on to a Pallet and placing them in the Bio Dot.
-Manual dispensing the regents onto weld plate, so the machine can pin spot the regents on to the devices.
Then placing the Pallet into a tunnel of Nitrogen to dry the devices onto a conveyor belt so the Vision System can see and record the images into a data base on the network, Troubleshooting any issue with the Bio Dot pin spotting and the Vision System.
