-Senior Program Manager, Servicing’s Salesforce Case Management Technology Work Stream lead for all 4 projects, CRM Tool, Correspondence, Call Routing and Telephony Infrastructure representing 12 million in technology resources to meet the OCC Consent Order requirement to provide each default and foreclosure customer with a single point of contact in 120 days. The Compliance timeline constraints have made this program one of the most ambitious and aggressive the bank had undertaken.

Data Warehouse Division, Architecture

-Data Warehouse Architect lead the development of the strategic conceptual and logical data warehouse 3 year architecture. Identified need for ETL tool for competitive parity and metadata tool for competitive advantage. Lead procurement effort to obtain ETL tool. This architecture won Bank of America a Zachman Architectural Excellence Finalist award in 2005.

-The architecture utilized Oracle and Teradata data warehousing architecture, operational data stores, analytical and operational applications with state-of-the-art cleansing, house holding and codification applications. The data warehouse was suffering with serious existing architecture and data quality problems. Conducted executive level data warehouse requirements assessment and enterprise data modeling, which had never been done. Problems were elevated to management with a plan for turning the corner to best practices. Instituted the business CRM Roundtable and Data Management Council with representatives from each line of business to collaborate on joint enterprise decisions.

-In 1996 kicked off the development of the entire IS development support organization from scratch to include DA, DBA, NOTES development, software selection and support, project management office, enterprise and CRM data warehouse, architecture definition, and support for new IT organization.

Enterprise Applications in Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail Operations and Finance were committed to replace and standardize all applications in 2 years from organization creation. Required contracting for a custom SDLC focusing on package implementations with business process standardization. Created the PMO office to support this rapid deployment across all US grocery store headquarters and succeeded in the 2 year goal.

-Implemented enterprise-wide strategic planning processes to ensure IT investments were focused on critical business processes and strategies with full participation of business and IT Partners. IT Applications Support Manager

-Reported to the Vice President of Administration. Responsible for information systems requirements definition and analysis to meet business needs of Marketing, Sales, and Distribution for all brands. Position required extensive international travel and communication in French. Merged the product-related business requirements of newly acquired Uniroyal and Goodrich brands into existing Michelin system. Expanded tire codification system to permit products of any brand (Michelin, Uniroyal, Goodrich) to be manufactured, distributed, and sold globally in any facility or country with centralized profitability analysis. Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and procurement for 300 member IS organization supporting the US centralized data center and distributed desktop services.

Implemented an innovative information center supporting Marketing/Accounting by providing end user PCs with marketing analysis tools. Reduced turnaround time in pricing analysis and improved technology planning with the introduction of desktop computing linked to user-friendly shared business data.
