I am a dynamic, hard working and dedicated individual, who excels at product development and loves keeping clients happy. Through my experience in the hospitality and tourism industry I have been exposed and capable of working on various operation systems. Having completed a bachelors of applied management in tourism development. I enjoy and excel at events management and liasoning with clients. Not only do I plan the events with the clients, I attend them to make sure everything runs smoothly as planned with the clients. With 10 year's experience in the industry, I have learned one can never know enough, as we keep evolving. Working closely with the marketing team, to promote the various events. And managing the team of staff giving full briefings pre and post event. I also coordinate with external suppliers and troubleshoot on the day of the event, while sticking closely to the budget set. I also make sure that insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed making sure that also food and beverage is to the highest standards as I also work very closely with the head chef, making sure everything is at it's ultimate best and in line with the company rules.
