As a cashier/bagger, I would ring up orders and bag their groceries and I was their last stop on their way out of the building. Frequently I would engage in conversation with the customers and use that time to ensure that their experience at Ellwoods was great and they left with a good impression. One of the customers even came to one of my Theatre performances and called the box office to tell me that they knew me from Ellwoods and wanted to congratulate me. It was an amazing experience and this job taught me the value of communication and always being as positive as I can be when speaking with a customer because you never know where or what it could lead to.

I worked as a mover, hauling junk and moving people's items from house to house. This is where I exercised my teamwork skills and leadership skills to the maximum potential. Long hours and hard work towards a common goal of transporting prized items and maintaining the utmost professionalism.

As a referee, I would watch and monitor customers in my given apparatus ensuring their safety, and as a mascot, I would consistently bring life to the warehouse. Dancing and interacting with the customers. I was given a raise from corporate based on how well I did as the mascot.
